All the mess was cleaned up, in fact I think my yard was cleaner after they left then ever before. There were no extra fees or charges, even for the extra work they did voluntarily. They cleaned out the gutters while they were up there and repaired some broken tiles. Great roofing company. Great roof”
Tomkat responded quickly and was extremely professional in helping to provide advice and experience on my repairs. When advised the job was urgent he came back the next day and repaired my roof before any more damage could be done. There was an initial miscommunication between the scope of the job with Tomkat and myself - where I believed some broken tiles were going to be replaced, which weren't. When I mentioned this, they came back the next day and replaced the tiles - no questions, and no dramas. I think there are always going to be issues (whatever the industry), but it's how those mistakes are dealt with that makes a company stand out. The work also looks good, and our roof is now waterproof again! Happy to recommend Tomkat.
